Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Stressless Middle East, we take pride in offering high-quality furniture crafted for lasting comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

  • Items must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “sale” or “display pieces” “discount, or during promotions.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Items without original packaging or documentation

  • Special order items or overseas / Custom or special-order items (custom fabric, leather, or finishes) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a brief description

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective

5. Exchanges

We allow one-time exchange for eligible items, subject to stock availability and applicable delivery fees.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at Sales@stressless-me.ae or contact your sales advisor. Please include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason for return/exchange

Photos if item is damaged

 

7. Force Majeure

The seller shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or compensation caused by a Force Majeure Event, including but not limited to:

  • War, rebellion, riots, civil unrest

  • Earthquake, fire, flood, or natural disasters

  • Pandemics, epidemics, or rapidly spreading disease(s)

  • Delays or errors by shipping companies

  • Inability to obtain raw materials or legal changes

8. Shipping Terms

  • Within UAE: Free shipping (3–5 working days)
  • Outside UAE: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
    (  We can recommend a shipping company , or the customer may choose to use their own shipping provider )
