Refund & Exchange Policy
At Stressless Middle East, we take pride in offering high-quality furniture crafted for lasting comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return
Items must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as “sale” or “display pieces” “discount, or during promotions.
Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
Items without original packaging or documentation
Special order items or overseas / Custom or special-order items (custom fabric, leather, or finishes) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos and a brief description
We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective
5. Exchanges
We allow one-time exchange for eligible items, subject to stock availability and applicable delivery fees.
6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
Reason for return/exchange
Photos if item is damaged
7. Force Majeure
The seller shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or compensation caused by a Force Majeure Event, including but not limited to:
War, rebellion, riots, civil unrest
Earthquake, fire, flood, or natural disasters
Pandemics, epidemics, or rapidly spreading disease(s)
Delays or errors by shipping companies
Inability to obtain raw materials or legal changes
8. Shipping Terms
- Within UAE: Free shipping (3–5 working days)
- Outside UAE: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
